Originally recorded in honor of Earth Day, this stunning performance of Mass for the Endangered by composer Sarah Kirkland Snider features the artwork created for the original album release by artist Deborah Johnson. Snider's Mass, with a libretto by poet/writer Nathaniel Bellows, is a celebration of, and an elegy for, the natural world - animals, plants, insects, the planet itself - an appeal for greater awareness, urgency, and action.

This timeless plea transforms into a call to protect the fragile beauty of our planet. Let this music be a moment of reflection; reminder that peace must extend to the forests, rivers, and creatures who rely on us to care for our shared home.
