It all started when…

The original LIVE From London poster from summer 2020

…LIVE From London was created by The VOCES8 Foundation and its festival team as a specific response to the COVID pandemic in 2020.

Winning praise from artists, publications and audiences around the world, the team has delivered ten digital festivals to date, hosted by their flagship ensemble VOCES8, and broadcast over 100 concerts selling 250,000+ tickets in over 183 territories.

Conceived to offer hope and support other artists and organisations, LIVE From London has raised over £1.5 million for the 500+ Arts professionals involved both on and off screen, and enabled donations of more than £100,000 in free tickets to schools and students.

Questions and Answers

  • If you cannot see the ticket you wish to purchase, the most likley answer is that you are logged in and have already bought it. Look for the green account button in the bottom right corner of the screen and cross-check. Should you wish to purchase the concert as a gift you can do so by clicking on the appropriate button in the right-hand column.

  • We accept payments by credit card or by iDeal.

    Your data is not stored by us and is not visible to third parties. The encryption converts the characters you enter into a code that can be safely transmitted over the Internet. This information can not be read by unauthorized persons as it travels across the Internet.

  • Instructions on how to redeem your gift voucher can be found here

  • There can be several reasons for this:

    * There has been a typing error. Please check if the voucher code was entered correctly. We advise where possible, copying and pasting the voucher. If typing, you must press enter on your keyboard before the code will be registered.

    * You have already entered the voucher code at an earlier date. Vouchers are usually valid only once per user.

    * If you are still having difficulty, please send an email with the voucher details and the email address of the person who bought it for you, to livefromlondon@voces8.foundation

  • We offer a discount of 40% season ticket to current students. Please scan any official confirmation of your status - e.g. a student ID - and send us the file via livefromlondon@voces8.foundation
